A hunter scouting for Coyotes early this morning came across this toppled wind turbine located at the corner of the Drake Sideroad and the Sixteenth Concession in Harwich Township. The huge turbine blades and motor assembly crashed to the ground and the support structure appeared folded in half. Details are still in the preliminary stages and in fact crews had just arrived at the scene around 9:15 this am. Watch for further details as more information becomes available. No houses or barns were in the immediate area of the toppled structure.
