World Wetlands Day: Object to Lewis windfarm!

Scottish Wildlife Trust is urging the public to object to the Lewis windfarm proposal on World Wetlands Day. The deadline for objections is 5 February 2007.
Awarded the highest levels of protection through the Ramsar Convention and European Habitat Regulations, building this windfarm contravenes and undermines the legislation set up to protect them.
Help prevent irreversible damage to one of Scotland’s most important wetland areas.
