Lawyers visit supervisors to back local group

Earl Hill, an attorney from Earl W. Hill Law Firm in Britt, and Thomas Reavely, an attorney with Whitfield and Eddy Law Firm in Des Moines, attended the Kossuth County Board of Supervisors meeting representing a group called the Kossuth County Citizens for Rural Property Rights. The group is vocal in its opposition to wind farm development in the county.
During public discussion, Reavely began making a case for postponing the possible vote on Kossuth Wind Energy’s final application.
