A council is being advised to approve plans for eight wind turbines on moorland in the Borders.
LE20 Ltd is behind the Howpark project near to Grantshouse.
A number of objections have been received highlighting that the area was previously said to have no further capacity for turbines.
A Scottish Borders Council report said the approval of other wind farms on appeal meant the “prevailing character of the landscape” had changed.
It advised approval of the application with a number of conditions.
