Two controversial wind turbine applications in West Kintyre have both been refused by regional planners.
Turbine developer Burcote Wind hoped to build 18 125-metre high turbines at Creggan, north east of Glenbarr,
but that application was recommended for refusal by Argyll and Bute Council.
