AG Martha Coakley & renegade wind turbine contractors

Credit:  Posted by Frank Haggerty , April 26, 2014 | falmouth.patch.com ~~

Massachusetts has more wind turbine victims to add to the list. These are the people in the New Bedford area that lost money trying to build residential turbines. These victims are financial victims that never got repaid.

Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley (D) has inadvertently helped fellow former state representative Democrat Mark Howland move to Hawaii and never pay the people who lost money from his failed wind turbine business ? Or has she been ignoring wind turbine victims ? The former state representative lives only a few streets over from the former convicted Speaker of the House of Representative Sal DiMasi who also owned a home in Hawaii. Sal is currently half way through a 8 year federal conviction for corruption and is expected to testify at the historic Massachusetts corruption trial May 5, 2014. Sal has throat and tongue cancer and will not be released from the federal prison early.

The Massachusetts Democratic Party Platform calls for an all out actual war of fossil fuels. The main weapon in the war is the commercial megawatt turbine. The turbines have caused tremendous collateral damage to residential home owners constitutional rights and their health because of lack of sleep from the turbines.

The Massachusetts Democratic Party Platform explains why Martha Coakley ( D ) Democrat has done nothing for wind turbine victims in Massachusetts. Martha a Democrat herself would be going against the Massachusetts renewable energy goal of 2000 megawatts of renewable energy by the year 2020.

The state of Massachusetts through agencies like the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, Massachusetts Technology Collaborative and the University of Massachusetts have convinced the Liberal Press that a minority of Massachusetts residents have to give up their constitutional residential property rights, health and in the New Bedford area the money they spent in good faith on wind turbines.

Time after time we see the reference to the minority must give for the majority. Massachusetts has created a second class group of citizens and it has all been done under the watchful eye of Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley.

Martha Coakley is a candidate for governor of Massachusetts and refuses to discuss and ignore the wind turbine victims for the good of the Massachusetts Democratic Party Platform.

Martha Coakley needs to explain her lack of taking any action on behalf of the minority wind turbine victims in Massachusetts
