AVERILL – The newest member of the Unified Towns and Gores Planning Commission, appointed Thursday, launched the first mailing to his neighbors in the UTGs, urging them not to support the Seneca Mountain Wind (SMW), LLC, wind development pitched now for the town of Ferdinand.
