Credit: South Wales Evening Post | October 31, 2013 | www.thisissouthwales.co.uk ~~
Plans for a 260ft wind turbine off Fabian Way, Swansea, have been rejected by city planners.
Welsh Water had applied for consent for the turbine, plus a control building and other works – at its waste water treatment works.
The utility had a previous application for a wind turbine at the site turned down by the council in July 2012.
