A company developing a €14m windfarm near Tralee has secured interim High Court orders restraining a couple blocking an access road to the development.
Knockagoum Windfarm Ltd claims it paid what Mr Justice Kevin Feeney described as “substantial” sums to Brian and Linda O’Connor under an agreement last June restraining interference with access to the windfarm at Knockagoum.
The windfarm company claims that agreement has not been adhered to and that payment of €200,000 had been sought.
The case comes back before the court next Monday.
