An appeal has been dismissed and planning permission refused for the erection of three wind turbines in the local area.
An application to site three 99.5 metre turbines on land south of Finavon House was registered as valid by Angus Council in January this year.
After being denied, a Scottish Government reporter was dispatched to determine the outcome of the appeal.
It was refused on the grounds of being contrary to the local development plan and as such is not supported by National Planning Policy.
