House District 88 Republican incumbent Larry Dunphy does not support the use of wind power. He supports removing the 100-megawatt cap from hydro power generators, as has been done with wind power generators in the state, but said wind power development should be minimized until it has been researched further. His position was misrepresented in a story Wednesday on page B1. The mistake was a reporter error.
