Campaigners fighting plans for a wind farm near Rooksbridge have welcomed news that another scheme by the same developer has gone to the High Court.
Members of NoPilrow, which rallied against plans by Broadview Energy for four 130-metre turbines at Pilrow Farm, say an application for five turbines at Broadview’s Spring Farm Ridge site has been challenged.
In July Broadview won an appeal to overturn South Northamptonshire Council’s refusal to grant permission but the matter has now gone to the High Court on a point of law.
