Plans for wind turbines near Camelford in Cornwall are to be re-submitted later this year, the company behind the project has said.
Community Windpower withdrew plans for turbines at Davidstow last September.
It said it wanted to hear opinions from local residents before it submitted its new application.
It said it had two options, with the first featuring 15 turbines at 130m (425ft) high and the second, 17 structures at 115m (375ft) high.
