PRESTON, Minnesota (KTTC) – An overturned semi truck trailer closed Hwy. 16 in both directions between Preston and Lanesboro for more than 8 hours.
The semi was headed west and was carrying the base of a wind turbine, when the trailer rolled near Inspiration Point.
The cab of the truck stayed upright, and no one was hurt.
According to Mn/Dot both lanes of traffic were closed Friday evening. They did reopen around 9 p.m.
