A company is seeking planning consent for a 17-turbine windfarm at Llys Dymper, near Gwytherin.
The application to Conwy County Council is by Wind Power Wales, of LlanfairTH which is owned by around 50 local people.
It states: “After more than two years of consultation and development, we are confident the planning application will carry a high level of support.”
