County council supports wind farm on county land

The Wells County Council held a special public session this morning to receive public feedback relating to the lease of the county farm for a wind farm.
Only four landowners, representing two households, showed up for the meeting, which was also attended by commissioner Scott Mossburg.
Mike Studabaker and William Yaste both live within half a mile of the northern edge of the county farm property and spoke against the proposal.
