South of Scotland wind turbine proposals unveiled

Plans for two new wind farms in the Scottish Borders and Dumfries and Galloway have been revealed.
E.ON Climate and Renewables wants to build up to 21 turbines on Corsbie Moor between Gordon and Lauder.
RES has announced plans for an 11-turbine wind farm between New Luce, Kirkcowan and Glenluce, in Dumfries and Galloway.
Both companies intend to stage a series of public consultation events over their proposals.
