SCC judge's comments insulting to Highlanders

Outgoing SCC commissioner Judge Theodore Morrison Jr. poked a stick in the eye of all the many citizens of Highland County who fought so hard to protect the Allegheny Mountain against wind turbines when he said that the project is largely symbolic.
The destruction of a mountain top is symbolic of what?
Further, he said, “I wish people would get realistic about the promise of renewables. Highland New Wind Development’s small facility will just be a drop in the bucket.”
And this from a man who knows a thing or two about electric utilities.
