New turbines bid
A new bid is being made to create a wind farm in the Valleys.
Developer Bheara has put in a revised planning application for five instead of nine turbines at Pengarnddu, Dowlais Top, Merthyr Tydfil.
The council rejected the original application for a wind farm after residents in nearby Pant voiced their concerns.
