Permits Causing Delay on Project

Construction on dozens of wind towers in New York was supposed to begin three months ago, but hasn’t started yet. Noble Wind Power said all of the turbine parts have been delivered to the area.
The company is still waiting on a few more permits before construction can begin on the 67 towers in Ellenburg, Altona and Clinton. Noble said it’s hoping construction will be finished by the end of the summer.
