Abti-windfarm campaigners are to face another round in their fight against a proposal to build nine turbines in a valley near Okehampton.
Applicants Renewable Energy Systems are appealing against the decision by West Devon Borough Council to refuse planning permission for the development.
The proposal includes the installation of 120-metre high turbines in Den Brook Valley, between North Tawton and Bow.
The Den Brook Valley Action Group has announced that it has joined forces with the Campaign to Protect Rural England and the Dartmoor Preservation Association to oppose the appeal.
The group points out that the borough council received more than 3,000 letters of objection to the proposal.
The appeal will be heard at a public inquiry in Okehampton in November.
