Pontiac, Ill. – Two Blackstone residents have filed a complaint in Livingston County against the County Board’s approval of the Deer Run Wind Farm project.
The two residents, Dr. Glenda Tannahill and Melinda Cusack allege in the complaint filed Nov. 22 that the County Board failed to comply with certain requirements when granting a special use permit to Iberdrola Renewables.
