Planning Board supports Hedges Pond Road turbine; Neighbors make emotional plea to stop project

PLYMOUTH – At its Monday night meeting, the Planning Board voted 3-1 in favor of recommending the Zoning Board of Appeals grant Associated Wind Developers LLC a special permit to construct a 301-foot wind turbine off Hedges Pond Road.
Abutters to the project objected vehemently, saying the turbine will negatively impact their property values, quality of life and, possibly, their health.
