GENEVA – Zotos Inter national is applying for a freshwater wetlands permit so it can relocate two power lines outside of the potential “fall zone” of its two wind turbines.
A dispute over the New York State Electric & Gas Corp. power lines near Zotos’ 300 Forge Ave. plant has delayed operation of the wind turbines.
