Concrete pour for wind turbine base"Friendly Windtechnology" - that's the name of the Ukrainian company erecting the Ostrovsky windpower facility in Transcarpathia on behalf of UK Wind Parks. The area under the construction of the first 4.8-MW turbine is half a hectare (~1.24 acres).
