Construction begins in Cohocton before permits issued

Cohocton Wind Watch

According to Cohocton Wind Watch [1], site work for the UPC/Canandaigua Power Partners Dutch Hill project in Cohocton, N.Y., has begun even though building permits have not yet been issued.
