Professor Terry Matilsky on Wind Turbine Development Issues

Matilsky, Terry

This document has been prepared by Terry Matilsky, Professor of Physics at Rutgers University. For almost 40 years, he has been funded by NASA and other federal agencies to do data analysis from various scientific satellites; to examine what information tells us about a phenomena, and draw rational and solid, scientific conclusions from them.

In the course of his career, he has testified on several occasions as an expert witness concerning various laws of physics and their environmental effects, most recently in March, 2005, when he was requested to appear in front of the Vermont Public Service Board concerning matters of ice throw from Wind Turbines.
