Amendment of Jefferson Township Zoning Resolution

Stolly, Terry; and Stacy, Tom

Rushcreek Township, Logan County, Ohio, has PASSED [1] this zoning amendment regarding wind turbines. Jefferson Township, however, rejected it in favor of a weaker ordinance.

The amendment proposal was constructed in March 2007 by attorney Terry Stolly and citizen Tom Stacy both of Zanesfield, Ohio, and is based on Otsego County, Mich. [2], and Cherry Valley, N.Y. [3], ordinances already in place with special considerations specific to the specific Western Ohio landscape and demographics.
