Sleep deprivation, including arousal from deep to more shallow sleep, can cause many adverse health effects, including many of the symptoms reported by neighbors of large wind turbines.[1][2][3] The World Health Organization recommends an indoor noise limit at night of 30 dBA to protect sleep and thereby health.[4]
