Pieces of a Vesta V90-3MW wind turbine, as seen during a plane ride with pilot Rob Roy of Colebrook on September 26, are put into perspective when compared to the workhouse and pickup truck sitting nearby. Once erected, each turbine has a diameter of 90 meters. The string of windmills will stretch 14.5 miles in length in the Unincorporated Places of Millsfield, Dixville, Odell and Erving’s Location. It is expected to go on-line by the end of the year. (Claire Lynch photo, The News and Sentinel)
