Turbines would dwarf power plant
The picture of the power plant was very misleading. There’s no way it is in proper proportion if you are standing on South Indian River Drive in Fort Pierce. For the plant to appear that small the picture had to be taken from Stuart.
Of course, the wind turbines look small and hard to see if you are that far away. Florida Power & Light has done this on purpose to fool the public. The wind turbines are 410 feet high. That’s approximately 200 feet taller than the power plant. Taller!
Don’t let FPL put those monstrosities on your public beach.
