Fell claims he split ill-gotten gain with Dragonfly CEO in wind farm trial
FAYETTEVILLE – An associate of two men charged with fraud involving a failed wind farm at Elm Springs said he lied to a friend to get an investment in Dragonfly International then split the proceeds with the CEO. Cody Fell testified he got an investor to cut a cashier’s check to Dragonfly for $13,930 in January 2016 by telling him the money was needed to pay engineers, then split the take with Jody Davis. Official downplay missed permit deadline for redeveloping State Pier

LULING, Texas – Videos and pictures are circulating on social media, displaying a harmful crash in Luling involving a train and a semi-truck that was hauling a wind turbine blade. The metropolis of Luling is nearly an hour away from San Antonio, and 25 miles west of Seguin. The crash occurred Sunday afternoon after the semi-truck was seemingly stopped on the railroad tracks on Highway 183 for an unknown motive. WA puts hawk from Tri-Cities area on endangered list. Wind turbines partly to blame
The largest hawk in North America has been declared an endangered species in Washington state as fewer of them have been breeding in Benton and Franklin counties. Friday the Washington state Department of Fish and Wildlife Commission voted unanimously to move the ferruginous hawk from the state’s threatened species list to endangered. status.
