Following a special meeting on Thursday to discuss how to handle an anticipated invasion of wind farms into Southeast Kansas. The County Commissioners have set aside a one-hour executive session at 10 a.m. on their Monday agenda to discuss the matter with the County Counselor. Ṫhey have also scheduled at 11 a.m. a discussion on a possible moratorium or zoning regulation on the wind farms.
