Anti wind-farm protesters have caused $180,000 damage to a concrete truck.
Ballarat police say the truck was stolen, driven a short distance before being dumped with its cabin burnt out.
Graffiti was also sprayed on the agitator.
Investigators have been told a cement truck was parked on the side of the Hamilton Highway at Berrybank on Tuesday 24th March with a broken fan belt.
