Bourbon County Commissioners continue to hear concerns from residents on a proposed wind energy project.
During the commission’s Tuesday meeting, four residents spoke about the proposed Jayhawk Wind project for Bourbon and Crawford counties, which is being developed by Apex Clean Energy.
