Wind turbine project draws many to meeting

Cuming County Public Power District (CCPPD) this morning (Wednesday) revisited whether to allow Bluestem Energy Solutions to erect a single wind turbine near Wisner.

Several people who live and farm near the proposed site were on hand to oppose the project.
