The two permits just listed will allow Heritage Wind LLC/Apex Clean Energy to kill hawks, eagles, owls, bats, crows, blue herons, ducks, Canadian geese, gulls, without being prosecuted in a court of law. The project proposed for the town of Barre is 49 industrial wind turbines, 600 hundred foot tall.
