Attend important wind energy meeting at the Barre Town Hall in Albion on Jan. 9
It is time for all our elected officials to stand up for the health and well-being of all the residents and wildlife that will be impacted by these two projects if they are built put the health and well being of the residents and wild life before the money of Heritage Wind LLC/Apex Clean Energy. There is going to be a meeting and vote on Jan. 9, 2019 at the Town of Barre Town Hall on 14317 West Barre Road, Albion.

The New York State Sierra Club Atlantic Chapter in support of incidental take permits for construction and operation of industrial wind turbine projects in New York State also a hired expert by the name of Hans Hyde from Lockport, paid by Heritage Wind LLC/Apex Clean Energy is also a supporter of incidental take permits to kill endangered, threatened, migratory, and state and federal protected birds a year without being prosecuted in a court of law. That’s the kind of green energy we need in our area.
I live in the town of Barre. we are between two Great Lakes, Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. Wet lands and a wildlife preserve in the town of Alabama. Also, this is the North Atlantic fly-way for migratory birds every fall and spring.
Here are the two permits needed in the State of New York, permit number one, 6nycrr part 182 and permit number two, ecl article 11-0535.
The two permits just listed will allow Heritage Wind LLC/Apex Clean Energy to kill hawks, eagles, owls, bats, crows, blue herons, ducks, Canadian geese, gulls, without being prosecuted in a court of law. The project proposed for the town of Barre is 49 industrial wind turbines, 600 hundred foot tall. Also they have a project in the towns of Somerset and Yates, that is 47 industrial wind turbines, 591-foot tall project proposed.
It is time for all our elected officials to stand up for the health and well-being of all the residents and wildlife that will be impacted by these two projects if they are built put the health and well being of the residents and wild life before the money of Heritage Wind LLC/Apex Clean Energy.
There is going to be a meeting and vote on Jan. 9, 2019 at the Town of Barre Town Hall on 14317 West Barre Road, Albion.
Please come to this very important meeting on the Heritage Wind LLC/Apex Clean Energy 49 industrial wind turbine 600 hundred foot tall project.
