Oklahoma subsidized wind farms for years, so it’s no surprise Oklahoma is now second of the states in wind power. (“Oklahoma moves into No. 2 for wind power capacity, association says,” Feb. 1.)
Maybe if taxpayer dollars had been spent for the benefit of our children instead of out-of-state wind producers, our public education wouldn’t be near dead last either.
