Landowners want to limit development of wind farms

A group of Val Verde County landowners is asking County Commissioners Court to join them in opposing future wind farm developments in the county.
The landowners and ranch managers, led by Dell Dickinson, made their appeal during Wednesday’s meeting of Val Verde County Commissioners Court.
