Man impaled on pole after fall at Denbighshire wind farm

A man has been taken to hospital after getting impaled on a pole after falling down a hole at a Denbighshire wind farm.

The Wales Air Ambulance took the casualty from the incident at Nantglyn near Denbigh, where he was working, to the Aintree Hospital in Liverpool.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service was also called to the scene at about 15:00 GMT on Thursday.
