A Kilmaley Councillor insists that roadworks associated with the development of a wind farm on Mount Callan has had a major impact on people living locally.
A range of road closures have been in place to allow for the laying of a power cable, and these works are now nearing completion.
However, local represtnatives say roads have been damaged on the route where the cable has been laid, and on other roads on which there were diversions.
Kilmaley Fianna Fáil Councillor Tom McNamara is calling for repair works to be carried out, as he feels it’s the least that those in the affected areas deserve.
