Reader takes issue with wind developers

The people of Huron County vote into office people they believe will put the health and welfare of the people and the resources of Huron County first. Above money or position, wind energy companies have been allowed to come into Huron County and damage a large portion of it.
They destroy a community and call it capitalization. They give out money like it’s trick-or-treat candy. Donate to business and schools, and give money to landowners, they call it friendly neighbor money. It’s really called bribery.
They teach little kids about how wonderful wind turbines are. They call it educating. It’s really called indoctrination.
They are corrupt at every turn. Webster dictionary defines corrupt as devoid of integrity, dishonest given to grafting or bribery, infected, with errors, incorrect, not genuine.
Whenever the very people that live, work and own land in Huron County say no to them —such as Meade, Lincoln, Sand Beach townships – they get our their extortioners.
Why are we letting corrupter’s and extortioners push us around? It’s our county, not theirs. It’s high time the leadership of this county put the health and well being of the people and the preservation of the county first and foremost.
Send the corrupters and extortioners packing. Show them the road, and pull the plug.
