MADISON – The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin has reopened the final decision on granting a permit for Highland Wind Farm in the Town of Forest.
According the order dated March 15 to reopen the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, the reopening is for the limited purpose of addressing the issues remanded to the PSC by St. Croix County Circuit Court Judge Edward Vlack in August of 2015 regarding the 95 percent compliance standard and the six residences sensitive to noise.
