Woeful wind

The lies just keep coming. The PUD commissioners want people to forget they sold us on wind power without a vote. They said they were going to sell this wind power to California and had a contract to do this.
Fact of the matter is they did not. They failed to vet the contract, and California backed out and bought surplus power from BPA. We are stuck with using the wind power, this happens with lies and more lies.
