GE wind power swept jobs away

Larry Rulison’s article on General Electric was very informative (“GE offshores wind unit,” Nov. 19). It’s too bad 400 workers in Schenectady will be losing lucrative jobs in the Capital Region community.
General Electric used to “bring good things to light.” With the movement of the wind energy unit to France, they may have just blown out one of the last candles.
