Plans for a wind farm in Powys have been rejected by the UK government.
The proposed Mynydd y Gwynt wind farm, at Glanrhyd five miles west of Llangurig, included 27 turbines and would have generated up to 89.1 megawatts (MW).
The decision follows a six-month examination by the planning inspectorate.
The application was submitted for consideration on 31 July 2014 following a community consultation in 2011.
