The health board meets Wednesday night, Sept. 23, at 7 in Town Hall to review issues related to cranberry grower Keith Mann’s wind-farm project on his acreage off Head of the Bay Road just across the South Plymouth line.
Bourne Town Counsel Robert Troy in a legal opinion said the health board may have authority to review the turbine project as to its impacts on Bourne residents even though it is slated for construction in Plymouth.
