Wind turbine catches fire in Mount Storm

MOUNT STORM, W.Va. – On the morning of Jan. 4, an industrial wind turbine caught fire at the NedPower Mount Storm Wind Farm in Mount Storm. “No one was hurt, and no one was in the immediate vicinity of the fire at the time that the incident occurred,” said David Botkins, Dominion director of media relations and communications.
