Wind turbine collapses in Co Tyrone

A wind turbine has collapsed in Co Tyrone.
The turbine, which is on a windfarm between Fintona and Fivemiletown, fell down on Friday.
People living close by reported hearing loud bangs during the afternoon.
A spokesman for DW Consultancy Limited – a firm which develops windfarm projects in Ireland – told UTV they will not comment on what has happened until a statement is released by the manufacturer of the turbine.
